Unfortunately, we do not offer personalization at this time.  However, this service is something that we hope to offer to our customers at a later date.  

Items are stocked and packed at our Boston warehouse.  So, all orders are shipped from there.

We are deeply sorry if that happens.  Rest assured that we check everything before shipping out. However, we have no control over things during transit.
